Perspective
Perspective. So easy to lose. So important to have. So hard to find.
- I really thank to one who wrote this article. I have always been reading and writing texts like this in blogs. Also, I, as a daily writer, present my respects to everyone. I just watched videos like this in youtube. I research in all areas... I think people must first research before writing.....
- First, congratulations to you, your kids and their growing family! I'd say children in general have an amazing way of providing perspective. In my case, my three-year-old daughter Brooke gives that back to me every day and I’m all the better for it!

Are there absolutes?
Are there absolutes? You know certain truths that don’t change no matter where you are; who you are; or what you are.

- Absolutes do not exist. For something to be absolute, it has to be absolutely accepted - and nothing is. Even the most basic human rights aren't accepted by everyone (I don't think I need to provide examples, just read a newspaper). Thus, everything is open to interpretation leaving us with nothing more than individual conclusions. Lucky ...
- While I think putting something as "the right to the pursuit of happiness" into the constitution at the time it was written might have been quite a novel thing to do, I find it equally surprising that the founding fathers have left it so vague. It seems totally unclear what the "right to pursue happiness" actually guarantess the individual. So ...
