  1. What do clients want from us - freshness, sparkle, originality. Sure. I see that. That's the holy grail from which client's expect to drink when they hire us. Here's a different angle. They want us to make the tough decisions, to establish priorities, to tell them NOT to do something when they are unwilling to make those decisions. Clients need us to be experts even when we don't necessarily have the answers. Tough place to be, but I find that everyday. So it's being bold, take a step forward with no guarantees, but always taking a stand. Rob digital planning director - Wunderman Irvine
