Are you normal?
Are you normal? Do you behave in a normal fashion? Do your friends think you are normal?

Today, I receive more and more emails written entirely in small letters (of course, now we call it lowercase), without any punctuation whatsoever. Here’s the question. What do you need to know about your client’s business? How much do you need to know? And on the flip side, how much do they need to know about yours?
